Certain products have restrictions on locations to which they may be shipped. Please read the product description carefully to verify if the product can be shipped to your destination.
2.3 CREDIT CARD CHARGE
Your credit card is charged just prior to shipment. All credit cards must be valid and authentic and you must be authorized to use them. If the charge is not authorized or accepted, we reserve the right to cancel your order without any prior notice and with no further liability or obligation on our part.
2.4 ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
For changes or cancellations to your order, whether over the phone or through the webstore, please call our office within an hour of placing the order during open office hours from 9-5. If wanting to cancel an order after hours, please call us first thing the next morning. If the shipment has already been processed and shipped, a return is not possible.
2.5 OBLIGATION TO PROVIDE CURRENT, ACCURATE, AND COMPLETE INFORMATION
Amazing Health relies on the information furnished by you at the time of completion of your order to provide you with the products you order from the Site. Thus, you agree that (1) all information provided to us, including your name, address, shipping address, credit card number, and expiration date are current, accurate, and complete; and (2) you are solely responsible for any loss, damage, cost or claims that you, Amazing Health, or any other third party may suffer or incur as a result of your failure to provide current, accurate, and complete information.
2.6 RETURN POLICY
Amazing Health is happy to provide a refund for returns of unused/unopened non-appliance products within 30 days, provided the returns are pre-authorized. Appliances are not returnable/refundable to Amazing Health. Please see our complete return policy here.
